Our off-road lighting is designed and intended for off-road use only, to provide enhanced visibility in outdoor and off-highway environments. Installing, wiring, and operating the related electrical components requires specialized technical knowledge and professional expertise.
Installation Responsibility
By buying, installing, or using these products, you expressly acknowledge and assume full responsibility for ensuring you have, or hire someone with, the qualified professional skills and technical knowledge to install, wire, and operate them safely. NGIN expressly disclaims liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or consequences arising from improper installation, faulty wiring, incorrect handling, or negligent operation. These include, but are not limited to, personal injury, vehicle damage, property damage, or any other direct or indirect harm.
Legal Compliance
You agree to fully comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and safety standards for aftermarket lighting equipment. It is your sole responsibility to verify and follow any restrictions on using off-road lighting on public roads and highways in your jurisdiction. NGIN bears no responsibility for any violations, penalties, legal consequences, or liabilities resulting from non-compliance with local regulations.

NGIN makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, performance, legality, or suitability of these lighting products for any particular purpose.
Steel Body Parts Disclaimer
Applies to NGIN steel parts, including front bumpers, bull bars, side rocker panels, and other metal parts.
No Crash Testing or Certification
Our steel parts are engineered to provide greater durability and strength than original factory-installed components. However, NGIN has not crash-tested these products or obtained any specific safety certification for them. In an accident or collision, they may perform differently from factory-installed components, which could affect the severity and consequences of collisions involving other vehicles, pedestrians, or objects.
Installation Responsibility
You expressly acknowledge and assume full responsibility and risk for all consequences of installing this product, including any damage to your vehicle, personal injury, or third-party damages resulting from improper handling, incorrect installation, or negligence during installation.
