How NGIN processes, ships, and tracks your order.
Processing
We review and process your order after Stripe confirms payment. Processing time varies by product and order volume. If your order needs extra handling time, we will email you.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. The warning-equipment restrictions described on this site cover U.S. state law only. Canadian buyers are responsible for confirming provincial requirements before ordering.
Tracking
You will receive shipping and tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Rates
Shipping is a flat $60 per order, or $110 if your order includes oversize items: full-width light bars, running board panels, bumpers, and kits that contain them. These ship long or by freight, not as a parcel. A mixed cart pays the oversize rate once, not twice. Orders of $1,299 or more after discounts ship free. Checkout shows your rate before you pay.
Oversize Items
Bumpers and full-width light bars may require freight handling and extra transit time. We will coordinate freight details with you by email after purchase.
